Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-West), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Ft. Sam Houston, TX, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide 120 Gowns and 112 Frocks annually (breakdown below) at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, TX.

Requested supplies:

Chemo Gown Sm/Med – 40 units annually   Chemo Gown L/XL – 40 units annually  Chem Gown 4XL/5XL – 40 units annually  Cleanroom Frock Med – 40 units annually  Cleanroom Frock XL – 36 units annually  Cleanroom Frock 4XL – 36 units annually  

The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years, from 1 Oct 2026 - 30 Sep 2031.

The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

The Government requires interested offerors be able to meet the requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturings. The Small Business Size Standard is 800 employees.
