The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-West), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Ft. Sam Houston, TX, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide approximately 6,000 Buffered Lidocaine Syringes ( 1% buffered with 8.4% sodium Bicarbonate 10ml/syringe) annually at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years, from 1 Oct 2026 - 30 Sep 2031.
The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND There is currently no contract in place.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires interested offerors be able to meet the requirements.
ELIGIBILITY The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees.
