Description
Ramsey County, State of Minnesota is soliciting responses from community organizations to erect acceptable and approved boat storage facilities for boats owned by community organizations and used on the Gervais/Spoon/Keller chain of lakes. The selected respondent(s) will be responsible for full design, permitting, construction, ongoing maintenance, daily operations, and long-term structural considerations, including staging, inspections, and cleanup. In exchange, the County will offer to lease the site to the organization(s) at a negotiated rate. The bid includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on-site at Keller Regional Park, Spoon Lake. The bid response deadline is May 15, 2026.
