Description

The Town of Whitakers is issuing a request for qualifications (RFQ) to hire an Owner’s Representative responsible for architectural and engineering services. The project involves evaluating potential sites, conducting geotechnical and environmental evaluations if needed, preparing reports, providing data for USDA-RD funding application, design, bidding, contract negotiation, and construction administration. The goal is to construct or renovate a building to be used as a Community Center, as there is currently no existing Community Center in the Town of Whitakers.
