Region 14 Education Service Center intends to establish a contract for Digital Healthcare Guidance – Surgical Consulting to be used by Region 14 ESC and other public agencies. The objectives include providing a competitively solicited contract offering products and services, achieving cost savings through a single solicitation process, combining purchasing power for cost-effective pricing, and reducing administrative costs through best purchasing procedures.
