Louisville Metro Government’s Public Works Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) Division is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with updating its Policy and Procedure Manual. SWMS is responsible for maintaining a clean, healthy, and sustainable community by overseeing the safe and efficient collection and disposal of solid waste, recyclables, and household hazardous materials. The division also provides education to residents on proper recycling practices and responsible resource use. The solicitation is open for submissions until May 20th, 2026.
