Chelmsford is inviting proposals for Owner's Project Management (OPM) services for the roof replacement and associated work at McCarthy Middle School. Sealed proposals will be received at the Department of Public Works (DPW) office located at 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824 until May 7, 2026, at 1:00 pm. A non-mandatory site briefing session will be held on April 27, 2026, at 12:30 pm at the front entrance of the school. RFP documents are available electronically starting April 22, 2026, at 10:00 am.
