The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) is seeking a General Contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the expansion of a dumpster pad at the Administration Building. The scope includes locating underground utilities, selective demolition, coordinating irrigation system adjustments, constructing a new concrete dumpster pad with grading, fencing, gates, drainage, traffic control, and restoring disturbed areas. The project requires compliance with Florida General Contractor License and is expected to last 75 days from the notice to proceed, starting approximately June 26, 2026.
