Clark County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide inmate jail food service for Clark County Jail. The contract term is for 3 years, from July 10, 2026 through July 9, 2029. Proposals must be submitted by May 21, 2026, and should include both paper and electronic formats. The contract will be awarded to the responsible vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Board of Clark County Commissioners.
