Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a Construction Manager at Risk for Additions to ESC Region 11 as part of a one-step selection process as detailed in section 2269.253 of the Government Code. The scope and schedule for the project as currently defined are shown within this RFP. The Architect involved in the work for the project is Huckabee & Associates, Inc. A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled, and proposals must be submitted online through the ESC Region 11 Ion Wave eBid system before the close date and time listed in the solicitation. Late submissions, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
