The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is soliciting firm-fixed price quotes for the manufacture and delivery of Cradle Assembly Howitzer Tubes and related hydraulic tube assemblies for use in tactical and combat vehicles, including the M109 Paladin howitzer. - Government Buyer: - Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), supporting Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) - Products Requested: - Cradle Assembly Howitzer Tubes and associated tube and fittings assemblies - Tube Assembly, Bleeder, Buffer Cylinder (NIIN 002353467; P/N 11619660 and P/N 11619662) - Tube, Bleeder, Buffer Cylinder (NIIN 001269948) - 18 units of TUBE, BENT, METALLIC (P/N 11619659) - 15 units of TUBE AND FITTINGS, M (P/Ns 11619660, 11619662, 11619664) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to qualified manufacturers able to meet the technical requirements - Notable Requirements: - Manufacture in accordance with detailed Army technical drawings - Government Furnished Property (GFP) includes copper brazed steel tubing and 18 Elbow, Buffer Cylinder (P/N 11619662) - 100% inspection and quality documentation required - Certificate of Conformance, Certified Test Report, and First Article Testing (FAT) are mandatory - Initial delivery of 3 units of each item within 90 days of award; remaining units within 15 days after FAT approval - Delivery to Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois - Payment via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) - Period of Performance: - Initial delivery within 90 days of award; remaining units within 15 days after FAT approval; base and option periods to be specified at award

Description

The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item.

The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticipated.

Payment will be completed via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
