The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking information from potential sources for fence repair and site clearing services at the MG. Guy B. Denit USARC facility in Marion, Virginia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), operating from Picatinny Arsenal - 99th Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works, Fort Dix, New Jersey - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Services Requested: - Fence repair and replacement, including: - 480 linear feet of new chain link fabric - 6 new line posts and post foundations - 480 linear feet of 3-strand barbed wire (zinc-coated steel or equivalent) - Removal of 160 feet of existing cable and post barrier - Site clearing and maintenance: - Clearing of trees, brush, and vegetation to re-establish a 10-foot buffer zone around the perimeter fence - Tree trimming and limb removal to a height of at least 10 feet - Daily cleanup and debris removal - Re-seeding of disturbed areas - Project management and compliance: - Development and implementation of a Site Safety Plan - Quality control program - Participation in a pre-construction meeting - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with environmental, safety, and security regulations - Coordination with government representatives is required - Detailed submittal and documentation requirements - Work must be completed within 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding federal holidays - Place of Performance: - MG.
