This opportunity seeks annual maintenance services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU) facilities within Naval Support Activity Panama City. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU), Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division - OEMs and Vendors: - Eaton (primary OEM for most UPS units) - Tripp Lite (OEM for one UPS unit) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual maintenance for multiple UPS units, including: - Eaton 9355 20KVA UPS (3 phase) – 1 unit (Part # BH322KXX02) - Eaton 9PX 11KVA UPS (single phase) – 2 units (Part # P211R4AF0, G211D42019) - Eaton 9170+ 18KVA UPS (single phase) – 2 units (Part # BG301T0004, BG282T0003) - Eaton 9PX 8KVA UPS (single phase) – 2 units (Part # G210D19001, P210K38338) - Tripp Lite 20KVA UPS (single phase) – 1 unit (Part # SU16KRT) - Services include: - Preventative maintenance - Battery maintenance and scheduled battery replacements - Next-day break-fix response - Full onsite battery coverage (parts, labor, shipping, disposal) - 7x24 technical support and web account access for service records - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All maintenance must be performed by an authorized Eaton Field Service Engineer (FSE) - Full OEM specifications required; no substitutions - Small Business Set-Aside - Vendors must provide pricing for a base year plus four option years - Battery replacements scheduled in specific years per Statement of Work - Service coverage includes both Eaton and Tripp Lite UPS units - Compliance with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing and NET 30 payment terms - Place of Performance: - Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU), 321 Bullfinch Road, Panama City, FL 32407-7001, within Naval Support Activity Panama City

Description

This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement.  Please break out quote pricing for the Base plus the 4 option years IAW with the attached Statement of Work. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Monday 11 May 2026 11am Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Period of Performance on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price, please include a line item for shipping price on your quote.
