The 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS), under Air Mobility Command and USTRANSCOM, is seeking sources for lodging and catering services to support a "Strong Family Structure" couples retreat in Chicago, IL, near the Magnificent Mile. - Government Buyer: - 375th Contracting Squadron (375 CONS), Air Mobility Command, Department of the Air Force - USTRANSCOM (United States Transportation Command) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; services are to be provided by a commercial hotel in the specified area - Products/Services Requested: - Lodging: 25 standard hotel rooms (king, two-queen, or queen beds, min. 270 sq. ft., TV, Wi-Fi, shower/bathtub, sink, toilet, complimentary full hot breakfast, parking for one vehicle per room) - Conference Facilities: Main ballroom/conference room (1000-1500 sq. ft., seating for 50, round table style, tablecloths, centerpieces, pens, notepads, secure access) - Catering: Buffet dinner (Friday), deli buffet lunch (Saturday), full hot breakfast (Saturday and Sunday) - Audio/Visual Support: Overhead projector (HDMI), screen (min. 8 ft diagonal), wireless handheld microphone, sound system, podium, Wi-Fi for all participants - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Event location must be a commercial hotel in the vicinity of Chicago's Magnificent Mile (River North, Streeterville, Wacker Dr., East Illinois St., East Grand Ave., East Ohio St., North Columbus Dr.) - Services must accommodate 25 couples (50 participants) for a three-day, two-night event - All meals and A/V support must be included - Secure, private conference space required

The 375 CONS is seeking information for potential sources for lodging and catering services in the Chicago, IL within the sorrounding area of the Magnificent Mile.
