Requirement: The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure a renewal of Uptrends software licenses, consisting of:

ITRS Uptrends Business License – Quantity: 1 Uptrends Legacy Licenses – Quantity: 85

The Government’s current licenses have lapsed. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year from date of delivery/activation.

Acquisition Approach: This requirement is for commercial products/services and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to use streamlined acquisition procedures to the maximum extent practicable.

Set-Aside Determination: This requirement is anticipated to be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government may not issue a formal solicitation and may conduct oral solicitations. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration in response to this notice.
