Description

The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking qualified entities to provide barbering services to male juvenile offenders at MacCormick Secure Center for Boys in Brooktondale, NY. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with possible renewals up to five years. The contractor must provide haircuts and beard/facial hair removals to approximately 50 youth monthly, comply with facility rules, and supply all necessary tools and materials except for one barbering chair provided by the facility.
