Description
The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) is seeking qualified retail vendors to submit proposals for a retail goods and/or services concept to be operated in Room 111 on the Main Concourse of the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY. The goal is to provide employees and visitors with unique and affordable services during the Plaza's hours of operation. Vendors are encouraged to propose services currently unavailable on the Main Concourse and to submit creative and innovative ideas. The space includes an open retail lobby, additional rear space, and an attached storage room, with rent paid in equal monthly installments and utilities provided by OGS during regular business hours.
