Description
The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is seeking proposals to establish and operate two Technical Assistance Resource Centers (TARCs) to support 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) subgrantees through technical assistance, professional development, monitoring, and data support to improve program quality and student outcomes. One TARC will serve New York City subgrantees and the other will serve Rest of State (ROS). Bidders may pursue both contracts but must submit separate proposals for each TARC. Currently, 150 subgrantees operate at 402 sites serving over 70,000 students in grades Pre-K through 12. Subcontracting is limited to 30% of the total contract budget. NYSED will award 2 contracts for a term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031.
