Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA), located in New London, Connecticut, conducts annual commencement activities for graduating cadets, invited guests, faculty, staff, and dignitaries. Due to limited parking availability aboard the Academy, the Government requires contractor-provided transportation services to shuttle guests between designated satellite parking areas and the Academy during commencement-related events.
