Description

The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide removal and lawful disposal of deceased Whitetail Deer carcasses or major parts thereof located on or within 50 feet of publicly maintained highways (excluding Interstate and State Routes) in specified municipalities of Wyoming and Lackawanna Counties, Pennsylvania. The contractor is prohibited from taking action on deer that have been struck but are not yet dead; removal is permitted only after dispatch by a police or Game Commission officer. The contract duration is upon award through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to four additional years, one year at a time, by mutual agreement. Bids are due by May 21, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
