Description
The Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Consortium (SLVECC) is soliciting sealed proposals for a comprehensive software and services solution for tow application services, law-enforcement tow rotation administration, dispatch support workflows, private property impound processing, compliance-document management, public-facing vehicle-search tools, and associated implementation, integration, support, and reporting services. The solution aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce non-emergency workload on emergency communications personnel, support public-safety agencies and contracted tow providers, and create an auditable, sustainable operating model for tow-related services across the consortium. The estimated operational volume is approximately 55,000 towing events annually. Proposals are due by June 12, 2026, and the award announcement is expected on June 30, 2026.
