Description
Unified Fire Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to provide fitness, health, and wellness assessment support services for UFA personnel in support of the Firefighter Physical Agility Test program. The contract will support employees who require improvement, rehabilitation, or ongoing wellness support as outlined in UFA FPAT Policy 100-185. Services include aerobic fitness testing, body composition analysis, laboratory testing, nutrition services, wellness coaching, and personal training/fitness programming. The contract term is three years with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals. Proposals are due by June 2, 2026, and will be evaluated based on experience, quality and scope of services, cost, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
