NAVFAC Atlantic is seeking Architect-Engineer (AE) services for Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ), Range AICUZ (RAICUZ), and related encroachment management and readiness sustainment across Department of War activities, primarily within the Continental United States (CONUS). - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic - Services Requested: - Multi-discipline AE services for AICUZ, RAICUZ, and RCUZ studies - Noise and safety studies - Encroachment action plans - Specialized land use planning - Community outreach materials - Acoustical measurements and analysis - Airspace and airfield operational capacity analysis - Planning events (e.g., CPLO workshops) - Contract Details: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - One base year plus four option years (total five years) - Contract ceiling of $15 million; guaranteed minimum of $10,000 - Task orders are firm-fixed price - Unique Requirements: - Services must support readiness sustainment and encroachment management for military air installations - Work may extend to worldwide Department of War activities - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; focus is on professional AE services. - Place of Performance: - Primarily CONUS, with potential worldwide Department of War activity coverage.

NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The Government is aware of existing Air Force-approved class justifications supporting the use of Trane HVAC chiller systems at Vandenberg SFB. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to inform an independent USACE determination as to whether similar conditions exist for USACE-executed projects. This requirement applies to all Vandenberg SFB projects involving HVAC chiller system installation, replacement, upgrade, or repair. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining the availability of capable sources and potential alternative solutions. Responses to this notice are for planning purposes only. No proposal or contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. Please see the attached document for more details.
