The U.S. Consulate General Dubai, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of one brand-new 7-8 seater passenger SUV (2025 or 2026 model year). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, American Consulate General Dubai, General Services Office (GSO) - Product Requested: - One brand-new 7-8 seater passenger SUV - Model year: 2025 or 2026 - Color: Black, White, or Silver - Engine: V8 gasoline (minimum 5.3L or equivalent) - Transmission: 10-speed automatic - Drivetrain: 4WD with electronic transfer case - Trim: Full option, premium leather seats - Features: Advanced safety and driver assistance systems, factory theft protection - Tires: DOT certified, not older than six months at delivery - Preference for American brands; must comply with GCC specifications - Additional Requirements: - VAT (5%) to be priced as a separate line item - Delivery to U.S. Consulate General Dubai within at least 30 days after contract award - Warranty and authorized service center in Dubai required - Sales contract and Vehicle Clearance Certificate to be submitted within 15 days of award - Compliance with FAR and DOSAR clauses - Place of Performance and Delivery: - U.S. Consulate General Dubai, Umm Hurrair 1, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, but American SUV manufacturers are preferred.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov with subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ No. PR15844803”.
