The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair services at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC-IP), Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC-IP), Regional Network Operation Security Center (RNOSC), 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii - OEMs and Vendors: - Bard (manufacturer of wall mount HVAC units) - Mitsubishi Electric (manufacturer of City-Multi CRAC unit) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance (quarterly for Bard units, bi-annual for Mitsubishi unit) - 10 x 3-ton Bard wall mount units (part number: W36AB-A05XX4XXX) - 6 x 4-ton Bard wall mount units (part number: W48AC-A0ZXX4XXX WMCBC-08A) - 1 x Mitsubishi Electric City-Multi CRAC unit (part number: PUHY-EP192YNU-A1) - Remedial and emergency repair services for all listed HVAC units - Service reporting and documentation after each maintenance or repair - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Emergency repairs require a 2-hour response and restoration within 6 working hours - All replacement parts must be new and OEM-approved - Strict quality control and timely service documentation - Contractor must provide all equipment, tools, materials, parts, and vehicles - Place of Performance: - JMSC-IP, Buildings 1503 & 1508, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Description

The Contractor shall provide equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, other items and services necessary to perform remedial maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM), Service Reports and Repair Emergency Repairs, for 10 3-ton Bards and 6 4-ton Bards at Building 1503/1508 and Bi-annual preventive maintenance for one Mitsubishi City-Multi ACCU at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center, Bldg 1503 & 1508, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
