The USDA Forest Service Pacific Southwest Region is seeking quotations for the procurement and outfitting of 25 fire emergency support vehicles for use in the Eldorado, Inyo, Tahoe, Sierra, and Sequoia National Forests in California. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region (Region 05), including Fleet Management and CSA Southwest 1 sub-agency - OEMs and Vendors: - Prominent OEMs: Ford Motor Company, General Motors (Chevrolet), Stellantis (Ram) - Products/Services Requested: - 25 crew cab 4x4 pickup trucks, including: - Ram 1500/2500/3500 Tradesman models (2022-2024) - Ford F-250/F-350 Super Cab and Tremor models (2023-2026) - Chevrolet Silverado 2500/HD2500 models (2024-2025) - Each vehicle is a single unit per line item, with specific part numbers and VINs provided - Outfitting services for all 25 vehicles, including: - Installation of LED light bars, warning lights, siren packages, PA systems, radio harnesses, antenna mounts, electrical components, and reflective striping - All installations must meet OEM, NFPA, and Forest Service standards, with a minimum one-year warranty - Contractor must provide OEM traceability and Certificates of Conformance - All work must be performed within 150 miles of Placerville, CA - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be delivered and fully outfitted within 220 days of order - Outfitting must follow detailed Forest Service specifications for emergency response - Multiple awards are anticipated; pricing must cover all line items - Some line items are set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) - Early deliveries are accepted - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Vehicles and services to be delivered and performed at or near federal facilities in the specified National Forests and within 150 miles of Placerville, CA - Contracting office is located at the Pacific Southwest Region Mare Island facility in Vallejo, CA

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Command Buildups for the Sierra, Eldorado, Inyo, Tahoe, Sequoia National Forests.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811198.  The small business size standard is 10 million.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
