The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a contractor to perform ceiling and insulation replacement at the Jordan River National Fish Hatchery in Michigan. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Midwest Region No. 3, Infrastructure Management Division, Construction A/E Team 2 - Scope of Work: - Removal and disposal of existing attic insulation and ceilings - Installation of R-49 blown-in cellulose insulation and R-49 batt (glass-fiber blanket) insulation - Installation of new 5/8" gypsum board ceilings and acoustical ceiling tiles (USG Interiors, Inc. Form414 Frost ClimaPlus) - Installation of new metal suspension systems and edge moldings (USG Interiors, Inc. or approved equal) - Installation of new LED troffer lighting fixtures (Lithonia Lighting Contractor Select STACK series, part numbers STAKS 2X4 ALO6 SWW7 and STAKS 2X2 ALO3 SWW7) - Installation of new bathroom vent fan, electrical junction boxes, wiring, and dimmer switches - All work must use asbestos-free, formaldehyde-free, and low-emitting materials; proper hazardous waste disposal required - Compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and EPA regulations - OEMs and Notable Manufacturers: - USG Interiors, Inc.
