Description:

Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando), executing on behalf of the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office Infrastructure and Expeditionary (PEO IE) Program Management Office (PMO) 314 Logistics Over-the-Shore, has awarded a 5-year Production Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement to Maritime Applied Physics Corporation (MAPC), doing business as BlackSea Technologies.

The award, agreement number W900KK269A021, is for the Seabased Petroleum Distribution System (SPDS) Production Project.
