Description
This requirement is for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), for the DRAGON program on the E-3 AWACS. This contract is anticipated for 5 years (a basic plus four one-year Ordering Periods) for a total of 35 repairs.

The DRAGON program reduced the E-3 AWACS crew from four to three by replacing the navigator with a modern Flight Management System (FMSS). This upgrade integrated automated flight computers and large digital displays to manage flight and engine data. The E-3 Dragon Navigation Control is the only approved and capable repair source for this acquisition.
All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.
