British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) is seeking responses to a Request for Supplier Pre-qualification (RFSQ) to qualify for a potential award of a master services agreement for Market Research Services. The scope includes end-to-end research studies such as strategy consultation, project management, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation. The services are categorized into Quantitative Analytical Research Services, Qualitative Analytical Research Services, Public Engagement and Consultation Services, and Other Research Services.
