The work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, life safety, communication, and finishing trades within the completed base building shell. The scope covers administrative, operational, and service spaces including offices, common areas, work areas, storage rooms, washrooms, and interfaces to boiler hall and electrical rooms. The project encourages Indigenous Business Participation and will be delivered through separate trade packages under the interior fit-up package.
