Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking qualified vendors to provide below water maintenance services at the Red River Floodway Inlet Control Structure in Winnipeg, Manitoba. - Government Buyer: - Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, Water Operations (Government of Manitoba) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; solicitation is open to qualified below water service providers - Products/Services Requested: - Below water maintenance services, including: - Underwater gate sealing, desilting, lubrication, and servicing of underwater components - Installation and removal of buoys and safety booms - Emergency response availability 24/7, including holidays - Certified divers with at least 5 years of experience - Diving crew services (4- or 5-person crews), equipment rental, and service vehicle use - Estimated quantities: - 400 hours regular and 150 hours overtime for diving crews (both 4- and 5-person crews) - 120 days of equipment rental for diving operations - 4000 km of service vehicle use - 40 standby hours for each crew type - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Service provider must be available for emergency response at all times - Indigenous business participation is encouraged - Only suppliers outside the United States are eligible to bid - Compliance with Manitoba procurement policies and applicable trade agreements - Place of Performance: - Red River Floodway Inlet Control Structure, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
