BC Assessment is seeking an enterprise master data management solution to modernize its data infrastructure: - Government Buyer: - BC Assessment, a provincial agency in British Columbia - Products/Services Requested: - Enterprise-grade master data management software solution - Flexible deployment options: - Standalone system (BCA-hosted cloud or on-premises) - Cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) - Hybrid model - Implementation services, including recommendation of deployment model and infrastructure - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Proponent must recommend the best implementation model based on current and future needs - BC Assessment reserves the right to switch between deployment models during the contract - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mandated - Procurement conducted via a negotiated request for proposal (NRFP) process

Description

BC Assessment is seeking an enterprise-grade master data management software solution. The delivery model may be a standalone deployment (BCA-hosted cloud or on-premises), cloud-hosted software as a service (SaaS) offering or a hybrid model. The Proponent shall recommend an implementation model and target infrastructure based on BC Assessment’s current architectural restrictions and near-future direction. BC Assessment reserves the right to switch between implementation models during the Contract term.
