Description

This project involves replacing an existing fire alarm system with a new addressable, single-stage fire alarm system, including all related devices and wiring throughout the facility. The existing wiring will be replaced with new wiring, and a new wire-mold and EMT raceway system will be installed throughout the facility. The contractor will upgrade the auto dialer to meet current ULC standards and coordinate with the owner to select the vendor. Notification devices will be upgraded and added within the suites for visual and audio alerts.
