The U.S. Air Force is seeking qualified Small Business MAC BOA holders to renovate men's and women's restrooms in Building 117 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center (FA8137 AFSC PZIOC) - 72nd Air Base Wing Civil Engineering Directorate - Contracting office located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma - Scope of Work: - Complete demolition and replacement of all existing plumbing fixtures, domestic piping, and sanitary sewer systems - Installation of new wall-mounted lavatories, urinals, toilets, mop sinks, shower heads, faucets, and floor drains - Architectural upgrades including tile, partitions, urinal screens (Scranton Products Eclipse Partitions), lockers, and toilet accessories (mirrors, shelving, grab bars, ABA-compliant benches) - Electrical upgrades: new LED lighting fixtures (wet location rated, emergency backup), panelboards, circuit breakers, fire alarm notification devices - Mechanical upgrades: ductwork, HVAC, sprinkler system components - Provision and maintenance of 4 portable bathrooms and 4 portable showers during construction - Notable Requirements: - Facility remains occupied; contractor must coordinate with government personnel and provide temporary restroom facilities - Compliance with military and federal construction standards, Buy American requirements, and accessibility (ABA) standards - Key personnel must meet specified experience and certification standards (Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety Officer, Superintendent) - Quality control, safety, and environmental compliance are mandatory - Detailed submittal, scheduling, and progress reporting requirements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, but Scranton Products is referenced for urinal screens - Products/Services Requested: - Multiple plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and architectural components (see line items below) - Construction services for restroom renovation - Performance Period: - Contractor must begin within 10 days of award and complete work within 625 calendar days after notice to proceed - Place of Performance: - Tinker Air Force Base, Building 117, Oklahoma - Contracting office and government facilities located at Tinker AFB

Renovate men’s and women’s restrooms at B117 via Design-Bid-Build contract. This involved complete demolition and replacement of all the existing plumbing fixtures, domestic piping to iso valves, and sanitary sewer in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.

The project is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.  Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project.  In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.  If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.   ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.

After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated.  Initial Site Visit is set for May 14, 2026 – 1:30 PM – B117

You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
