Montgomery County Government is soliciting a safety management tracking system SaaS to enable County departments and MCSIP agency members to create and monitor online training, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) management, and Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis (JSA/JHA). The system must include a Learning Management Services (LMS) capable of tracking employee training and delivering SCORM compliant e-learning. Mandatory LMS requirements include an annual manager license, access for five LMS administrators, at least twenty named accounts for County departments and MCSIP agency members, and capabilities to track various training types, scheduled trainings, and deliver quizzes and assessments.
