This solicitation is for maintenance and support services for AlaCert and EMSIS Server, EMSIS Provider (ALePCR), and EMSIS Web (ALePCR Web) for the period 2026-2027. It includes 100 hours of labor specifically allocated for design, development, testing, and implementation of enhancements as determined by the OEMS&T for AlaCert and ALePCR. The item must be exact with no substitutions allowed. The vendor must already be providing this service to ADPH. ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
