The Department of the Air Force, through the 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, is seeking quotes for a modular Biometric Collection System kit to support the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, 50th Contracting Squadron (50 CONS PKP), Schriever Space Force Base - End user: Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) - Products/Services Requested: - One lightweight, modular Android-based biometrics collection kit - Must capture fingerprint, face, and iris biometrics - Includes: Pelican case with custom foam, Samsung Galaxy S23 (128 GB or better), MO2121 Single Iris Capture module, Sherlock Fingerprint Sensor (SH21100-000), Sherlock Molex Cable (SHCA1MM-015), OPRTR.S23 phone case, Samsung Fast Charger USB-C, vehicle mount inductive charger, international travel wall charger, microfiber cleaning cloth (7" x 6"), and Mobile Biometric Application - Software and Support: - Mobile Biometric Application with initial licensing - Operations & Maintenance: software updates, patches, support, centralized management, EBTS compliance, offline storage, device syncing, and FBI approval - Services: - Virtual training for up to 20 personnel (1-3 days) on system and software use - Service Desk portal for support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must integrate with AFOSI's database software - Android-based, with Samsung Knox MDM and multi-agency response handling - Must be FBI approved and EBTS compliant - Centralized management and ability to operate offline - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mandated, but Samsung and Sherlock sensors are referenced as minimum standards.
