The U.S. Air Force at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base is seeking a concessionaire to provide and maintain coin-operated amusement machines at the Phantom Lanes Bowling Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 4th Contracting Squadron (FA4809) - Located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina - Products/Services Requested: - Installation and maintenance of 8 video game machines (no more than 15 years old; 20% of oldest machines must be replaced annually) - Installation and maintenance of 1 claw game machine (subject to same age and replacement requirements) - Vending machine services including cleaning, repair, rotation, and replacement as needed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with DAFI 34-301 for Nonappropriated Funds Personnel Management and Administration - Adherence to security, coin handling, and electrical standards - Maintenance of insurance coverage - Base access and confidentiality requirements - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - Place of performance is the Phantom Lanes Bowling Center at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base

This is a Sources Sought notice issued solely for market research; it is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award a contract.

The Government is conducting research to identify interested and capable parties to provide Amusement Concessionaire Services at the Phantom Lanes Bowling Center, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The requirement consists of the installation and maintenance of eight (8) video game machines and one (1) claw game for a base period of 18 September 2026 through 17 September 2027, with options to extend for up to four additional years.

Any resultant contract actions from this notice will follow the guidance provided in DAFI 34-301 - Nonappropriated Funds Personnel Management and Adminstration
