The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is seeking professional support services for PMS 312 and PMS 368 programs: - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division - Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - Scope of Work: - Professional support services for Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH), Inactivation (INACT), and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) - Supports PMS 312 and PMS 368 program offices - Contract Structure: - 100% Small Business Set-Aside - Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Task Order - Base period of one year, with four one-year option periods (up to five years total) - Place of Performance: - 2900 Effingham St, Portsmouth, VA - Notable Requirements: - Adherence to SeaPort-NxG MAC contract clauses - Proposal validity required for 365 days - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified in the solicitation; the focus is exclusively on professional services.

Description

Professional Support Services for PMS 312 and 368 in Support of RCOH/ INACT/ ILS.The Government contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Task Order resulting from this solicitation. The resultant Task Order will have a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one-year options for a total of five (5) years, if all options are exercised.All clauses in the basic SeaPort-NxG MAC contract apply to this Task Order, unless otherwise specified. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 365 calendar days. The POC for this requirement is Kristen Crane, email: kristen.m.crane.civ@us.navy.mil. The requirement is currently being performed by PHOENIX GROUP OF VIRGINIA INC as the prime Contractor under Task Order N0016421F3014. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Primary and Secondary Solicitation Manager identified in the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) (https://piee.eb.mil). The email should include the solicitation number in the subject line. Responses will be posted as an attachment to the Solicitation within the PIEE Solicitation Module. The deadline for receipt of questions is fifteen (15) calendar days after the posting of the Solicitation. Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered.
