Description
The City College of New York (College) of The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a contractor to replace existing batteries and install new and unused batteries for its current Liebert UPS system. The contractor must provide a valid certificate of destruction for the replaced batteries, be EPA compliant, and provide certified technicians to remove existing batteries and install 60 new Datasafe batteries at 85 St. Nicholas Terrace. The contract term is 12 months, and the procurement is governed by the IFB terms, the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts. Communication with the University must be through the designated contact to avoid disqualification under the Procurement Lobbying Law.
