Description

The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids for the removal and lawful disposal of deceased Whitetail Deer carcasses, or major parts thereof, located on or within 50 feet of publicly maintained highways (excluding Interstate and State Routes) in specified municipalities of Pike County, Pennsylvania. The contractor is prohibited from taking action on deer that have been struck but are not yet dead; removal is permitted only after dispatch by a police or Game Commission officer. The contract duration is upon award through June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional years, one year at a time, by mutual agreement. Bids are due by May 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
