PCL Webcor a Joint Venture (PWJV) is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of the Los Angeles Convention Center Expansion and Modernization Project. The scope includes design-build, furnishing, and installation of secondary structures, LED digital displays, content management systems, electrical branch panels, and low-voltage for six digital signs. Bidders must have a minimum of five years experience working with LADBS, be union contractors or willing to sign a Project Labor Agreement, and demonstrate bonding capacity of at least $38 million.
