This opportunity seeks 8(a) business firms to provide custodial services at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 325th Contracting Squadron - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive custodial services for Tyndall AFB facilities - Contractor must provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor - Tasks include cleaning, replenishing soap and paper products in restrooms - Services must meet Air Force Custodial Common Levels of Service Standards (AFCOLS 3) - Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and HAF standards required - Contract Structure: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - One-year base period with four one-year option periods - Task Orders will be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs, brands, or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Only 8(a) qualified firms are eligible - All work must maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of facilities

Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL, is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified 8(a) business firms that would have the capabilities to provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Tyndall AFB, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms identified in Appendices A in order to meet the requirements of this PWS and the Service Summary (SS). Maximum cleaning frequencies are established in Appendix A, Air Force Custodial Common Levels of Service Standards. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with AFCOLS 3 standards, all applicable laws, regulations, HAF standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single-award IDIQ contract. The Ordering Period will consist of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods at the Task Order Level. Individual requirements will be fulfilled via Task Orders issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis.
