Air Force Sole Source Procurement of Secure Coworking Space for Special Access Programs

The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is seeking to procure commercial coworking space services to support Special Access Programs (SAPs): - Government buyer: Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC/HNJT and AFLCMC/HNJK offices - Sole source contract planned for Parallax Advanced Research (OEM/vendor) - Services requested: - Turnkey commercial coworking space - Security and management services for an off-base facility - Facility must support secure communications for SAP operations, including level 3, 4, and 5 Secure Voice Services (SVS) - Unique requirements: - Facility must meet stringent security and operational needs for SAPs - No suitable alternative facilities available; only one responsible source can satisfy requirements - Contract supports transition to Enhanced Use Facility (EUF) anticipated in the future - Period of performance: - Three years total: base year plus two 12-month option periods - Aligned with anticipated occupancy of EUF - Place of performance and delivery: - Beavercreek, Ohio (off-base facility) - Wright Patterson Air Force Base (related operations) - Contracting office at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts
