This solicitation is for labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and all incidentals necessary to supply and install a new sign face replacement, LED retrofit, and a new electronic message center at Mike Miley Playground located at 6716 W Metairie Ave, Metairie, LA 70003. The project includes removing existing pylon sign faces and electronic message center, installing new acrylic sign faces with vinyl graphics, retrofitting sign lighting with LED lighting system, furnishing and installing a new Watchfire electronic message center, fabricating new frames, installing new pole covers, repairing concrete trim pad, and supplying wireless equipment and software to operate the new electronic message center. The contractor must obtain necessary permits and provide warranties for materials and workmanship. The work must commence within 10 days of notice to proceed and be substantially completed within 60 consecutive calendar days.
