The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals from qualified consulting firms experienced in investigating and designing building envelope systems for wood and steel-framed, stucco-clad structures. The scope includes comprehensive assessment of existing envelope assemblies to support phased remediation, evaluation of structural integrity and repair requirements, and full professional services such as reporting, design, permitting, tendering, and construction administration. The CRD may award the contract in whole or in part and may award additional follow-on work without further competition. Proposals will be evaluated to select a preferred proponent for contract negotiation.
