Transport Canada requires the services of an impartial Contractor to review and issue decisions on all eligible Air Passenger Protection Regulations related complaints as soon as possible. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to solicit feedback from the industry to determine if Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) firms incorporated and based in Canada are interested and capable of handling similar volumes of complaints under expedited timeframes. The work involves processing complaints related to air travel under the APPR. There is no security requirement for this RFI, but there may be for subsequent procurement.
