NEITHER UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS NOR ANY OTHER KINDS OF OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
