Description

The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) is seeking information for an electronic system to administer all aspects of the E-Citation Program. The system must allow law enforcement officers to electronically enter uniform traffic tickets and interface with other providers used by law enforcement jurisdictions. It should also enable courts to enter court orders and provide adjudicated citation information to the SCDMV for driving record updates. The goal is to maintain a fully automated e-citation program covering the entire lifecycle of a citation, including creation, disposition, and adjudication.
